Workshop Repairs

The Computerman Mackay is a fee for service business. All services are chargeable.

I will normally spend the first 20-30 minutes diagnosing the problem/s.  Some repairs are complex and require repairs in a fully equipped, well lit workshop. In the event that a workshop repair is required, I will provide a written, fixed price quote.

All parts and labour are included in any workshop repair.

If you decide not to proceed with the repair, I will only charge you for the first 30 minutes of my time.

I am totally up front and transparent with all fees and charges. There are no tricks, no hidden fees and no surprises.

My terms are strictly Cash on Delivery (COD) for all clients. I do not offer any other payment terms. Payment can made by debit / credit card or direct deposit at the completion of my visit to your location. I do not accept cheques or American Express.

All purchases of parts / components require a 100% upfront payment before they will be ordered.
