Generally I operate from 9.00am until 6.00pm during the week and 11.00am to 5.00pm weekends and public holidays. Feel free to call me on 0408 072 757 to make an appointment outside of these hours.

Yes I do! I want you to be happy and I want your return business. I include a 14 day Service Guarantee on all my work for your piece of mind. If it’s not right I will fix it quickly and at no extra cost to you. If I can’t fix it I will refund your money. However, this guarantee is not ‘open slather’ and there are some conditions attached.

The length of the job will vary depending on the nature and complexity of the problem/s.

  1. My aim is to have you back up and running as soon as possible, however I can make no guarantees. Some jobs are very quick while others are complex requiring extra time and resources.
  2. Upgrades and replacement of major components typically take more than 1 x hour and are normally done in my workshop.
  3. If during the repair / upgrade / configuration I encounter more problems than we originally found, I will consult with you before doing any further work.

We are totally transparent with our fee structure. I charge a minimum fee of $50.00 per half hour with a minimum of a half hour or any part thereof.

I charge $25.00 per 15 minute block after the first half hour or any part thereof.

  • I do not charge “Call Out” fees.
  • I do not charge for travel within my Standard Service Area.
  • I do not have a loading for after hours, public holidays or weekend work.
  • I do not charge additional fees if you pay by credit / debit / direct deposit.

Yes I do. In most cases I am confident that I can fix your computer onsite within 3 hours ($300.00) . If it takes longer, I won’t charge you any extra.

However, if I think the repair will take longer than 3 hours I will provide a written quote. If you decide not to proceed, I will only charge you for the initial consultation (50.00).

I will do everything in my power to safeguard your data, however there are no guarantees. Ultimately you are responsible for your data. If you use my services, you agree to indemnify me absolutely for loss of earnings, money and any other loss in the event that your data is lost or corrupted while your device is in my care.
