Just as a car needs regular servicing, your computer needs regular maintenance to keep it in tip top condition. Regular servicing keeps your computer running correctly, operating at the right temperatures and can extend the life span of major components such as Motherboards…etc.

It’s often more economical to head off minor problems before they become major problems at a later stage.

With a Bachelors Degree in IT, and 30+ years of desktop support and systems admin experience I have the solutions to your computer problems. I explain any issues I find in a simple, straightforward way with no techno babble. I take the stress out of repairs by providing courteous, friendly service and expert repairs to your door.

Whatever the issue is, I’ve got you covered, except Macs and phones…I don’t do Macs and phones, sorry.

I am totally up front and transparent with all fees and charges. You will know exactly what the cost will be before I start work on your computer.

$60.00/ per half hr

• Minimum charge of $60.00 for the first 30 minutes
• $30.00 per 15 minute block after the first 30 minutes
• No call out fees
• No surcharge for same day repairs
• No hidden fees or charges
• Free pickup and drop off

My terms are strictly Cash on Delivery (COD) for all clients. I do not offer any other payment terms. Payment can made by debit / credit card or direct deposit at the completion of my visit to your location. I do not accept cheques or American Express.

All purchases of parts / components require a 100% upfront payment before they will be ordered.
